Condé Nast – Stained Glass

This project involved creating a series of custom illustrations for a feature in Condé Nast Traveler magazine. The article explored the world of brand “superfans”—individuals whose loyalty and devotion to certain global companies have reached a level that borders on religious obsession.

To capture this theme, the illustrations reimagined famous corporate logos as intricate stained-glass windows within a traditional church setting. By placing these modern symbols in a sacred context, the artwork visually commented on the “shrine-like” status these brands hold for their most dedicated followers.

The series featured the iconic marks of Tesla, Twitter, Apple, Coca-Cola, Nike, and McDonald’s. Each piece was designed to mimic the leaded lines and vibrant, filtered light of authentic cathedral glass, blending high-tech and consumer imagery with classical religious art.
