During the 2024 Olympic Games, the vibrant Seven Dials Food Market in the heart of Covent Garden was transformed into a high-energy hub of international sport and community spirit. As an official partner of the Olympic Games, Visa launched an immersive experiential activation designed to bring the atmosphere of Paris directly to the streets of London, offering fans a dedicated space to celebrate every podium finish and photo finish.
The multi-level takeover turned the historic warehouse space into a premier viewing destination, featuring massive digital screens that broadcasted live coverage throughout the tournament. Beyond the viewing areas, the “Visa Olympic Zone” featured a series of interactive games and digital challenges that allowed the public to test their own athletic prowess and engage with the sporting spirit in a hands-on way. The activation served as a central meeting point for foodies and sports fans alike, seamlessly blending the eclectic culinary energy of Seven Dials with the prestige of the Olympic brand.
I was commissioned to design the comprehensive artwork suite for the activation, responsible for dressing the entire building with Visa and Olympic-branded assets. This included everything from large-scale exterior wraps and entrance portals to internal environmental graphics and digital display assets, ensuring a cohesive and premium brand presence across the entire market.
